The most effective way of weight reduction is to be engaged regularly in physical culture. Regularly and constantly, from “shock” trainings 2-3 times in a month will be no harm, only advantage. In order to grow thin it is necessary to be engaged 2-3-4 times a week for 30-40-60 minutes.
